You, the Client, bear full and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality and currency of the information provided for the Knowledge Base. We do not verify this information for accuracy.
AI assistants are based on large language models and may produce inaccuracies (so-called “hallucinations”). All responses, including calculations, prices, measurements and technical recommendations, are indicative only and require mandatory verification and confirmation by a qualified specialist before any practical application.
No. All calculations, measurements and technical data provided by the AI assistant are indicative. They must be verified by a qualified specialist before ordering production, installation or any other works. The Company does not bear liability for the accuracy of any calculations performed by the AI assistant.
We offer two plans: a monthly subscription (renewed automatically each month) and an annual subscription (a one-time payment for 12 months with a discount, renewed automatically for the following year). All prices are quoted in euros (EUR).
No. Within your subscription, no limits are set on the number of dialogues or messages. The AI assistant processes as many queries as necessary.
Payments are processed through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Ireland). You provide your payment details securely through Stripe’s interface.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. With a monthly subscription, access is retained until the end of the current paid month. With an annual subscription, access is retained until the end of the paid annual period. No subsequent charges will be made after cancellation.
No. All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, including cases of early cancellation or non-use of the Services during the paid period. We recommend reviewing the demo versions on our Website and requesting an individual demo before purchasing.
For the Website (n44.io) and B2B client data, the data controller is Number 44 s.r.o. For end user data processed through the AI assistant on client websites, the data controller is the Client (the ordering company).
All primary data processing and storage is carried out on servers within the EU (Germany). The website and CRM are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The AI assistant platform is hosted on servers in Düsseldorf, Germany.
We strictly adhere to the principles of security, confidentiality and an individual approach. Each client receives their own autonomous assistant, trained exclusively on their standards, specifications and prices, which in no way exchanges data with other instances of the system (“no shared brains” principle). All information and dialogue logs are stored in isolated containers on servers located exclusively within the EU, in strict compliance with European personal data protection standards.
No. Number 44 s.r.o. does not have technical access to the content of dialogues between the AI assistant and end users. Data is transmitted directly between the Client and the Technology Provider.
No. User data is not used by any AI provider for training models. Dialogues are not used for training third-party AI models. The client also has the right and ability to delete the communication history at any time.
No. The AI responds to each query individually without combining data across different sessions. No user profiling is carried out.

Upon termination, the Processor will delete or return all personal data within its area of control, at the Controller’s choice. End user data (dialogues, contacts) is deleted by the Technology Provider, as it is stored on its servers.

Number 44 s.r.o. acts as a Distributor and Deployer (in respect of integration and configuration). The Technology Provider acts as the Provider of the AI system. The Client acts as the Deployer and bears responsibility for proper use of the system.
Yes. Under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act, users must be clearly informed that they are communicating with an AI system. This notice must remain visible on the Client’s website. Removal, concealment or modification of the AI Disclosure by the Client constitutes a violation of the EU AI Act.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not limit the mandatory rights granted to you by the legislation of your country of residence.
Yes. Any claim related to the Terms or the Services must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which the grounds for the claim arose.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services without prior notice in the event of breach of the Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, filing of fraudulent chargeback requests, or any other grounds at the Company’s discretion. Payments made are non-refundable upon termination.
